Terms and conditions

Payments to the GemcraftMC server is a payment for the virtual items contained in the purchase. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules of GemcraftMC Survival, you will not be refunded. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server admins and rules can be changed at any time. There is no guarantee on being able to enter the server, and if the server is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the GemcraftMC administrators. All items are virtual and have no value.

1.) You agree not to form a dispute, otherwise known as a chargeback, over your money. When a chargeback is opened you will be automatically banned from the server whilst the dispute is ongoing. If you win you forfeit your rank and will continue to be banned from any current / future servers the creators of GemcraftMC operate. If we win the dispute in our favour you will be unbanned and you will be able to keep your rank.

2.) You agree that you are the individual who owns the PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card. If you are under the age of 18, please seek consent from a legal guardian so they can do this for you.

3.) We reserve the right to change the perks/commands/kits your rank gives you at any time without notice or any refunds.*
*We will be as fair with this as possible and not make any big changes as we think it is important to keep our donators satisfied.

4.) We have the right to remove your rank or ban you from our servers at any time. Punishments are given at staffs discretion, however if you feel like you have been punished in a way which is unfair / want to dispute the ban, you may do so on our discord (discord.gemcraftmc.net) or via our support email: [email protected] and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not sell or redistribute your personal information. Any personal information we receive will only be used to fulfil your purchase/donation to GemcraftMC.
